Fred Fox, the brother of Canadian hero Terry Fox, visited Holy Trinity on May 27 in thanks for the incredible amount of money that the HT community raised for the on-going Terry Fox Marathon of Hope.

He spoke about life with Terry before his cancer, how it changed their family, and how Terry saw it as just another obstacle to face and overcome. He spoke at length about Terry's commitment to the Marathon of Hope, and how Terry faced all of the challenges in his life not just his cancer. He read excerpts from Terry's diary that he kept daily on his run, and told of conversations that he and his family had with Terry. It was all very personal and inspirational.

The HT student body was very appreciative of the glimpse into the Fox household, and encouraged to keep up their efforts in raising money to help defeat this dreaded disease.
