The HT Junior Badminton Team finished a stellar season April 30th.  Eleven student athletes traveled to Durham College with one thing in mind, winning the team championship…..and that is exactly what they did.  The doubles teams dominated the court while the singles players ran their opponents around in circles.  HT was a team to fear!!!

Four teams earned points towards the championship, congratulations to Danielle Rotheram for her 1st place finish, an HT Badminton first.  Congratulations also to Sam Potts and Justin Nesbitt for their 2nd place finish, David Neal and Ryan Dus for their 3rd place finish and Ashey Bogar and Tyler Ganhao for their 5th place finish.  Each Junior team member dedicated an enormous amount of time on the court, your sacrifice has paid off, Coach Halloran and Coach Feather look forward to next year as many of the athletes transition to Senior and the potential of OFSAA!
